What information do I need to provide to buy from you?

You will need to complete the 'Account Application Form' found in the downloads section of the STK Accessories website. Then fax the form with copies of you VAT certificate and company registration documents to: +44(0) 208 839 8899. We will then contact you back.

How do I place my order?

Fax your order on +44(0)20 8839 8899 or email us at sales@stk-acc.com

Can I change my order once it's been placed?

It is possible to change your order up until it has been shipped. Please your Account Manager for more information.

How do I track my order?

On stk-acc.com click on Services and then on Tracking. Here you will find links to the different courier companies. Dispatch details are available from your Account Manager.

What is the shipping cost?

£300/€500 for free shipping, shipping charges will be applicable for a lower order value. Terms and conditions apply. Note: Any applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping charges.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Payments can be made by bank transfer to our company bank account and can be in Sterling, Euros or US dollars. Credit Card transactions may be made by a company credit card. Terms and conditions apply.

How do I apply for a credit facility?

Please request the required credit limit when completing your Account Application Form. Terms and conditions apply.

After payment how long will it take to receive my order?

This depends on the method of transport your order is being shipped by and can even be as soon as the next day. Please ask your Account Manager for more details.

Do you offer samples?

Samples are available and will be charged at the list price. Subject to Terms and conditions

What is your returns policy?

Our aim is to process returns smoothly and quickly. Please see the 'Returns Procedure' document in the downloads section of the website.

What if you are out of stock of the model I ordered?

Should a line be out of stock we will advise you of a suitable alternative or provide you with an estimated delivery date.

Are all your products listed on your site?

We endeavour to provide a comprehensive list of all our product lines, but if you're looking for a specific product that you would like us to carry let us know by emailing sales@skt-acc.com or call us on +44 (0)20 8839 8888.

Are the pictures on your website the exact items I am ordering?

STK Accessories strives to provide accurate image of all products. Please refer to the product descriptions for further information on detailed specification. If you have any questions, please contact info@stk-acc.com

How often do you get new stock in?

New stock arrives weekly, so should we ever run out of stock of a line, it's never for long!

How can I receive a copy of your price list?

Please speak to your Account Manager for further information.

Do you export to customers outside the UK?

Yes we do. We have been exporting around the world for over 20 years.
